Rails terms
Effective October 2026. Rails is a service operated by Zytun LLC ("Rails", "we"). By using Rails, by app or by text, you agree to these terms.
1. What Rails does
You send a photo of an item. Rails identifies it, suggests a price, and with your approval lists it on Rails and on marketplaces such as eBay and Google Shopping. When it sells, Rails gives you a code to drop it off for shipping and pays you after the buyer confirms.
2. Who can use Rails
You must be at least 18 and in the United States, and you must own what you sell and describe its condition honestly.
3. Fees and payments
- Rails keeps 12% of the sale price.
- The buyer's card is charged when the carrier first scans the package. If there is no scan by day 6, the order is cancelled.
- After delivery the buyer has 3 days to confirm or report a problem. You are paid when the buyer confirms, or automatically after 3 days.
- If a claim is approved, the buyer is refunded in full, including shipping, and the amount comes out of the payout being held for that sale.
- Items under $25 are held in a bundle until the bundle reaches $25, or can be given away free with a later sale.
4. Text messages
When you text Rails, you agree to receive texts from Rails about your listings, sales, shipping, payouts and account. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help; you can also email umer@zytun.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by text or in the app before it takes effect.
